Booking terms

Booking is confirmed against an advance of 40 percent of the package value, with the balance due 21 days before departure. All rates are subject to currency fluctuation and may be revised if the exchange rate moves significantly before departure. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy, and a rejected visa does not qualify for a refund of costs already incurred. Cancellation charges apply as per our published refund policy.
