Cancellation windows
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost, from the day we receive your written cancellation request.

| 21 to 30 days | 25% of package cost |
| 8 to 20 days | 50% of package cost |
| Under 7 days or no-show | 100% of package cost |
Non-refundable items
Air tickets, train tickets, visa fees and peak-season hotel blocks follow the supplier's own rules, which are often stricter. Those amounts are deducted before the table above is applied, and we show you the breakdown in writing.
How to cancel
Email info@flytopvacation.com from the address on your booking, quoting your booking reference. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Bank processing can add a few days beyond that.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure for any reason other than force majeure, you receive a full refund with no deduction, or a free transfer to another date of your choice.
